Can I redeem my other Borgata promotional offers on the same weekend I fly on a Fly Borgata charter offer?
A Fly Borgata VIP Specialist will confirm available offers when you book your flight. All promotional offers are valid with exception of date specific Bonus SLOT DOLLARS®. Date specific Bonus SLOT DOLLARS® are excluded for the duration of the your Fly Borgata trip.
What is included in my Fly Borgata offer?
Round-trip air on an exclusive VIP Jet, ground transportation and a complimentary room.
Can I participate in more than one Fly Borgata charter flight?
Yes. If you have offers for multiple dates or cities you can participate in all offers.
I booked my seats on a Fly Borgata Charter. Do I get airline tickets prior to departure?
No. However, you will receive a confirmation letter and participant agreement prior to your trip date. To check-in for the flight, present valid identification at your designated airport ticket counter.
Can I give my Fly Borgata offer to friends or family?
No. The charter guest that received the offer must book the reservation. See Tour Participant Agreement for complete offer information.

What information will I need to book my offer?
A valid credit card, full name as it appears on identification, date of birth and gender for each traveling participant.
Are my Comp Dollars used if I travel on a Fly Borgata flight?
Comp Dollars are not deducted for Fly Borgata travel.
Can I use my Comp Dollars to pay for seats on a flight?
Only credit cards are accepted to purchase seats.
Are there any additional fees associated with a Fly Borgata offer?
There are no baggage fees. There is a $20 administrative fee per passenger that will be charged at the time of booking.
Can wheelchairs and/or motorized scooters be taken onto the aircraft?
Yes, wheelchairs and/or motorized scooters can be stored on the aircraft. However, your Fly Borgata VIP Specialist will need to be informed prior to arrival that this assistance will be needed.
Can wheelchair assistance be provided at the Atlantic City Airport?
Yes, wheelchair assistance can be provided upon request at the Atlantic City Airport. Simply inform the Fly Borgata VIP Specialist while booking your charter reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation prior to 14 days of the flight arrival date will result in no cancellation fee. See Tour Participant Agreement for complete cancellation policy.
